Staff were very friendly. All children under 12 free using existing
bedding, suitable for family with young kids on a budget but wanted to
have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card up

booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slow in
responding to complaints but we suspected they upgraded our room and
waived the parking fee. -
The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

The hotel was funky and elegant, and the staff was courteous. The room was chic and spacious, with a sitting area as well as bed. Bathroom was huge, with a jet tub & enclosed shower. Located on a main street near trams & shopping. -

Great spot, with easy access to city wonderful restaurant with superb food, pool and spa a bonus, room very comfortable nod gret to be able to open a window for air condition free air. -

My son goes to boarding school in Melbourne. This has become my second home when I visit Melbourne. Paul and Adrian are friendly and helpful at the reception desk. The train station is right next door. Excellent location for going to the city or shopping in Chapel Street or Praham.

all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham

definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for

We had a fantastic stay at the St Kilda Quest. We loved the fact that the Apartments are so close to the all forms of public transport yet still close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, parks, pubs and supermarkets.
When we had had enough sightseeing we would wander back to the apartment and just chill in the relaxing environment.

We loved the location, the layout, the comfy bed, the spacious unit, the air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom, the full size kitchen and fridge, the staff, the welcome, the car park, the co-operative staff when we needed to leave our car after checkout.

Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. -

We booked for one night, but unfortunately I spent 8 hours at St Vincents Hospital. So we had time to unpack and then pack our belongings in the morning.

We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book. The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay.
