The room we stayed in was able to be dark with the blinds down for a sleep in. The staff were very helpful and willing to help with anything requested of them.   It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful. I ordered Room Service breakfast which was delivered hot and on time and it was everything and more than I expected.   Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! - Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around. Staff were very lovely and helpful.

Friendly helpful manag - It's location easy to get into Sydney cbd. The hotel owners were so welcoming and helpful. Our studio apartment was comfortable and well equipped with everything you needed we were particularly grateful for the washing machine and tumble dryer and some sachets of washing powder.There was a nice continental breakfast which was part of the room rate. In our opinion a good place to stay for a reasonable room rate.
