Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel.   A great place to stay, The Harbour View Room was fantastic we were there for the Aust. Navy Fleet Review and did not need to leave the room to watch the fireworks and events. Apart from the value for money, the hotel was in a great location for a city visit to Sydney, pleasant staff, very comfy room, excellent house-keeping, L'occtaine toiletries and we took advantage of the gym and outdoor heated pool too. Some reviews had complained the hotel is dated. I wouldn't agree. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

The Intercontinental on Circular Quay had the most professional,helpful and friendliest staff of all the hotels we've stayed at in Sydney.   The staff were 100% friendly and professional. Always pleased to accomodate. One morning we witnessed the 'egg chef' loosing conrol somewhat & hope that within our view of his team members supporting hi, it helped his situation and that all is good there.
