The hotel has a rather European feeling to it; the reception area and
breakfast room are small and efficient, and our room was of adequate
size but not large. The lift was not working when we arrived, but the
staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage, and they were
unfailingly helpful throughout our stay. The lift was repaired exact

The hotel is located in Oxford Street in Paddington, a bit outside the central business district but easily accessib - we felt that we received courteous contact with staff - the room was clean and comfortable - good value for money. We were left stranded at number 21 Oxford St., Darlinghurst by the "Air port to hotel " courtesy bus, and were most impressed when someone from the hotel came in a private car to transport us to to Arts Hotel. We received our early morning call as requested. When we have another visit to Sydney we hope you can accommodate us.

Having an apartment and its facilities. The layout of the apartment was
good. Cooking facilities were good. Location was very good. There are
very many restaurants, bars and shops in immediate walking distance.
There are three top class restaurants beside the hotel (Bills, Marque,
Bill Kwongs).Bus routes on Crown Street go to Circular Quay via Hyd

This apartment hotel is located in one of the nicest urban areas of
Sydney on a trendy street with lots of great restaurants and coffee
places. The apartments are very big, very well kept and spotless. The
staff is very friendly and the manager, Caspar, very helpful.

The front desk staff were excellent - really friendly and happy to go out of their way to help guests. I had made a mistake with my booking and one of the duty managers allowed me to make a change to the booking that technically she did not have to. I wasmost appreciative and will certainly return. Location to relatives living in Paddington. Location to Rushcutters Bay. Suited well.
Comfortable room, well serviced, enjoyed stay. Staff efficient and friendly. Ambience really good. The dining room looks out onto a park, very good, very good location for a pleasant, quiet stay in Sydney. Will stay again.

Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! -
Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around.
Staff were very lovely and helpful.

Staff were friendly. Location was perfect. Room was clean and tidy with
everything we needed. Loved the chill out computer room with free
internet. Bed was really comfortable and we were not only able to check
in a lot earlier than the usual 2pm check in, but we had been given a
double upgrade. Originally we had booked the small double room and we
ended up with the king size bed in a really nice sized room.

Great location, right in front of the metro station and close to bars
and night clubs. It's also the red light district of the city, but
it didn't bother me. The metro line is the one that goes to Bondi
beach and the walk is nice to the city center as well. Hop on hop off

The staff were excellent especially Sam - after staying the first night
in the room as mentioned - I spoke with Sam who immediately upgraded us
to a beautiful room on the 13 floor - because of his attention to detail
and his manner we are definitely coming back to stay here - the other
front of house staff were also very very good.

Superb city skyline views if you book a city view room. Great location
next door to elevator entry at KingsCross station. Close to great
breakfast cafes of Elizabeth Bay , Paddington. Overall staying in this
neighbourhood is a colourful suburban / urban experience. An escape
from the city centre, but only 1 or 2 train stops @ $3.60 from downtown.

The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. They were really accommodating and efficient, couldn't fault the service at all. The guy on reception when we arrived was particularly helpful and pleasant. Also really handy for the train station and during the day there were some pretty cool little cafes around.

We liked the venue for the proximity for my husband's surgery. We
would also like thank all the staff for their asssistance[hotel staff
included, eg Kim and one of her college's]when I had a reaction from
