very clean, well laid out. excellent information folder. this room was very well presented , very fresh and sweet smelling. excellent beds and well designed large shower room and toilet. the double bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while being away on holidays. the bathroom was spacious, the heater was wonderful and the room was clean. Located on main road, but with no noise overnight. Hotel Vic close by for great food. Comfortable. Personal service from the owner. Nothing was too much trouble...

Spacious Room. Very clean & modern. Convenience to our weekend venue. Close to Shopping Centre. Lovely Staff at reception. Good Television reception. Although we arrived late. Staff were excellent, very obliging and friendly. Room was spacious for four people and exceptionally clean. Comfortable overnight stop. Convenient to most things in horsham. And it's a good half way stop between Adelaide and Melbourne. My booking didn't get allocated for some reason, so they put me in their accommodation house at no extra charge - heaven!. The friendliness and co-operation of the manager and his thoughtfulness preparing my unit for my late arrival. Nice, well located motel (halfway between Melbourne-Adelaide), friendly staff, Austar and car parking. The motel was conveniently placed to all facilities on Horsham and within a short walk to a park. staff very friendly/helpful (making meal suggestions for instance) and room was very comfortable. The service provided by Lisa was outstanding and the facilites were very clean and tidy. Good sized rooms, walking distance to city centre. Adjacent to fast food outlets. Great value for money, highly recommend, spacious and clean better than expected. Friendliness and efficiency of the reception, both on arrival and departure.. Very clean nicely appointed room. Location to the city good Room was spacious and clean. loved the staff were so helpful. Leaving. traffic a little bit noisey, but our room was right on the end nearest the road. Room hadn't been catered for our extra person staying in room, only had 2 of everything (cups, glasses etc, we had to get another towel), no big deal though. Also limited Car Parks. It's a bit noisy being close to the highway, but that's the same for most motels in Horsham. A house to myself and no-one to share it with - a fantastic family accommodation option!. Nothing...all good. truck noise from main road is quite audible, but is not necessarily a major distraction. The bed was like sleeping on concete. Nothing comes to mind as that important. Heavy vehicle traffic noise. noise. Hard board bedhead, over perfumed on arrival. Manager was filling in for the normal manager and couldn't provide advice on good eating places. Noisy traffic. The busy road, trucks. NOISY Trucks applied air brakes in front of the motel before stopping at lights. Had to run the air conditioner to offset the traffic noise. Didnt realise it was the main route to Adelaide. Facilitiy needs double glazing or give industrial ear plugs when issueing room key. Asked for quiet room but didnt get it. didnt like the hoons screeching most of the night outside very very noisey. We found it a poor location because of the noise from passing trucks throughout the night. The beds felt like they were made out of concrete. The room has had a "tart up" but all the amenities were old or not working. For instance, our door had a chunk missing from the bottom corner, the kettle for tea/coffee was ancient and leaked everywhere when you poured, the bar fridge was ancient and not cold enough and so on.
