The service was exceptional, explaining how to get to places of interest for a teenager and a 6 year old. Even manager Max became part of the family with his friendly quick chats. All rooms inside were comfortable well furnished and very clean even
though the outside appearance was well weathered. The building stood up
well to the cat one cyclone which passed through during the stay.

I personally can't say enough about this place. The lovely ladies at reception are so friendly and service with a smile. I was with my teenager daughter - I felt safe here. Everything we needed was close by. The staff are friendly. Woolworths is across the road. Loved it !!!! Will definitely be back (o: -

The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Within 15 minutes we were on the 27th

Loved 3 things about Hilton - location, location & location - perfect, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything one needs. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

The unit was secure and well appointed, comfortable beds and lounge. Pool was good and clean. Parking is excellent. The location suited our needs and is within walking distance of Bond University which must be the target market. -
