We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome.
I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us. Thank you so much. -

Loved everything but the bed. View was beautiful loved it could not get enough of it. Location was fantastic close to everything we needed. Was clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped, knifes not sharp but we will remember to bring our own next time, yes next time we will be back have already been looking at availability for next year. We w

Coolangatta hasn't got the buzz of Surfers Paradise, but it's a
much more attractive place with wonderful walks in all directions. Ocean
Plaza is wonderfully located close to three wonderful patrolled beaches.
It was nice to be able to exit the complex straight into the Showcase
shops, which next year will feature a Woolworths supermarket right at
this doorstep.

The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Loved 3 things about Hilton - location, location & location - perfect, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything one needs. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.
