  Atmosfera, staff molto gentile, ottima colazione. - The staff were outstanding.They operated as a really good team, nothing was too much trouble and they were a great sight for a weary traveller as I got there after a long flight.My not speaking Spanish was not a problem as they all spoke and understood English very well.They seemed to enjoy the ... cosa dice la gente » challenge. In a word "perfecto". - Absolutely brilliant hotel and would highly recommend. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They made all our restaurant recommendations and reservations, helping with plans for the day etc. The location is brilliant for lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Would not hesitate on booking here again.

  Very classy boutique hotel. Excellent and friendly bilingual staff. Went extra lenghts to accomodate wishes. Breakfast is excellent and made upon desire at any time. The location is ideally for the trendy shopping, dining and club area of Palermo. Computer in camera. - This was sich great value for money, great location (not even 5min walk to shops, bars and restaurants), helpful staff und high security. Woul totally recommend the place.

  Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!
