  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I arrived 1am and the staff was waiting for us. The room has kitchen supplies, the location is surrounded by restaurants, pubs and the Flea Market. The next door neighbor is a grocery store, 10-15 min walking distance to Palermo Metro Station.   Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable and the overall colonial look very well maintained.   Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!
