  The staff were so helpful. My bag went missing in Madrid and was delivered in the early hour of the morning. The hotel owner took delivery of the bag, and made all the arrangements with Iberia. The owners were delightful. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water and a good shower. I loved the respect they had shown the beautiful old building.
