  The staff were so helpful. My bag went missing in Madrid and was delivered in the early hour of the morning. The hotel owner took delivery of the bag, and made all the arrangements with Iberia. The Operations Manager Rafael Perez tried to make everyone feel at home at the hotel and he and his staff helped everyone who stayed at he hotel. Most of the most can speak English and a few other languages. The price for staying at the hotel was great for what facilities were offered.
