  Every member of the staff we interacted with was polite and extremely helpful. We stayed the night of Valentine's Day, and upon check-in the receptionist upgraded us from a Queen Premium to a Queen Suite free of charge; the room was absolutely amazing. We had much more room for activities. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed so not sure if this is a good representation but the room was fine, clean and comfortable. Very quiet too.   Atmosphere, staff, proximity to BushKill Falls, Tammany Mountain, etc. Misc short ( 4 hour guided outings like fishing, hiking etc. Food on veranda was nice also. SPA. - Our room was very comfortable. The food was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you. We will return. Oh we recommend the trolley tour run from the water gap.
