  Every member of the staff we interacted with was polite and extremely helpful. We stayed the night of Valentine's Day, and upon check-in the receptionist upgraded us from a Queen Premium to a Queen Suite free of charge; the room was absolutely amazing. We had much more room for activities. We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast--though w... what people say » e were told there would be a long wait, the food came quickly and was amazing. - In a lovely setting and a great stop off on the way to Niagara from DC. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed so not sure if this is a good representation but the room was fine, clean and comfortable. Very quiet too. The restaurant is good and both dinner and breakfast were lovely.

  Atmosphere, staff, proximity to BushKill Falls, Tammany Mountain, etc. Misc short ( 4 hour guided outings like fishing, hiking etc. Food on veranda was nice also. SPA. - Our room was very comfortable. The food was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you. We will return. Oh we recommend the trolley tour run from the water gap.

The room I was originally supposed to stay in was not ready and they automatically upgraded us to a better room extremely quickly, neither was inexpensive but I did appreciate it.
