of the rooms did a excellent job thanks Bill. Another person work at
night I did not get his name but a big gentlemen he was very helpful and

This property is under new management and getting better every day... you won't find better service. The location is fantastic--geographically central to attractions and restaurants--and yet quiet and restful--it's surrounded by farms. (Okay, so you might hear an occasional "moo" and the clip clop of passing Amish wagons.) -

I believe her name was Jill. Began with a J anyway. She seems to run the whole place and busts her butt. She answered the phone when I reserved. She checked me in, she checked me out. She does laundry. Hope you pay her accordingly! -

It was a great novelty experiences for the kids, they love trains and the area is so great for a vacation. Go during Day Out With Thomas time (late summer/early fall) and your kids will have a blast. It's within 15 mins of tons of fun activities, like the PA Railway Museum (which is a must see) and the Strasburg railway, which runs right past the Motel (as in, during your ride on Thomas you pass the Cabooses, which the kids loved). Motel old but ok. We were out to hike in Rothrock S.P. and the location was excellent. A good surprise was Harner's Farm shop right across the road, that was a great place for buying apples & co. and our son loved the corn maze and the halloween spooks.
