The Hotel was spotless top to bottom, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice for the diet concious. It was within 15 miles of were my granddaughter had to play lacrosse and the route to the fields was direct. The front counter staff printed us directions and delivered them to the room. Ther

We loved the room. Small but beds were very comfortable. Our friend's suite was well designed and comfortable.
The staff was really nice and attentive. We were happy to find this hotel in that area because of location close to shopping and winery tour!

Very Clean, Friendly Staff, Excellent Breakfast and the room was very new and the beds were very nice and the linens and pillows were very nice. The staff coudn't have been nicer. They should be rewarded for their friendliness including the breakfast area staff. -

Our fourth- floor balcony room had a wonderful view of Mirror Lake and the mountains. It was conveniently situated on the main street in the town of Lake Placid, which had nightly live music in the lakefront park. There were numerous restaurants and shops. This place is an authentic jewelry! The location is ideal, in the lively city center but right on the lake, featuring a private beach provided with chairs, canoe, paddle boats, toys for the kids, etc.; the staff is professional and attentive, the people in charge of the room cleaning very efficient; our room was quiet and comfortable; the pool and the whirlpools are a nice "plus". We will definitively come back!

Enjoyed every aspect of my recent stay.I found the staff to be extremely accommodating and pleasant. The inclusive breakfast was more than satisfactory, the housekeeping staff thorough and the bedding very comfortable. I will be booking here again my next trip to Albany.Thanks to all for making this a most enjoyable stay. -

restaurants and the amusement park. It was surprisingly very quiet and

Never received the "Home depot star" staff that has no training outside of the company policies. -
The staff go out of their way to please. The pool is warm and wonderful, room was large and well equipped.

This hotel as of April 2013 even has a 'new' smell to it. When
we entered our room, that was my first impression! We've never
stayed in a hotel where it was so new and the staff was so accomodating.

The hotel was easy to find and very clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful if we had a problem. The facilities were very nice and decorated with more flair than the usual insipid hotel room. The breakfast was very similar to those at other chain hotels, but the quality of the food was far superior to anyplace else where we had stayed.

So nice to see lemonade and cookies at check-in desk, even though we were too full to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bacon beautifully cooked at breakfast buffet; pancakes good. Loved the area for kids near the pool, and the spacious grounds. Lots of little nooks around the hotel for quiet conversations. Loved the fire "pit" outside

The location is very close to the lake and there are many good restaurants nearby. The first night we were given a room that was over looking at the back parking but in the morning the staff were helpful in locating us to a room that overlooking at the lake which was very nice.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and quiet. The grounds were well kept and it was easy to get around from where the hotel was. -
staff were very helpfull and friendly they went out of there way to make our stay a pleasant one and I cant praise them enough I was actually sad to leave
