We originally booked the efficiency which did not have a beach view. They offered an upgrade to a beach view room, but it was slightly smaller. We wound up taking one of the town houses, which was considerably more money, but was well worth it. The staff worked it out for us and was very kind. -

The staff was excellent. Very courteous and welcoming. We had originally booked for 1 night and decided to stay in the area for an extra night. They were able to cheerfully accommodate us for the extra night with no problem.

Loved the sauna & will next time get a massage as well. I love the fact that there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage therapist, & sauna. Perfect for those stiff muscles from driving. The rooms are very clean, well decorated, & quiet. Both the female & male receptionists were considerate & prompt.

We loved the complete set-up, the maritim style throughout the hotel.
Common areas were nicely furnished and with great views of the marina.

The staff was excellent from the doorman to the pool staff. The front desk was helpful. Erica at the bar was attentive and made you feel like you've been showing up there for years. The gentleman who provide fires outside for two nights was a very nice man.

Location, location, location! You just can't be any closer to the ocean and the beach.. Just amazing! I loved their very lovely and friendly staff, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the ocean is right in front of you, the village is steps away and Carlos at the pool will always make you laugh.. is there anything else you need for a perfect

The staff was excellent. We had a problem finding a parking space and Crystal was amazing. She came into the parking lot and actually called people to ask them to move their cars to make more space available. She did in fact get us a spot. Crystal went above and beyond to help us and NEVER stopped smiling.

It was a very nice resort. Tons of stuff going on throughout the week for kids. Main property is located right on the lake. Plenty of canoes, paddle boats, paddle boards, and kayaks to take out into the lake, free of charge.

So nice to see lemonade and cookies at check-in desk, even though we were too full to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bacon beautifully cooked at breakfast buffet; pancakes good. Loved the area for kids near the pool, and the spacious grounds. Lots of little nooks around the hotel for quiet conversations. Loved the fire "pit" outside

The location is very close to the lake and there are many good restaurants nearby. The first night we were given a room that was over looking at the back parking but in the morning the staff were helpful in locating us to a room that overlooking at the lake which was very nice.
