The room was SPOTLESS. It was no-frills but all the comforts were there. The location is wonderful for tourists. Excellent bed linens and towels. Very comfortable mattress. It was a bit of a throw-back to the 60s; this feature was endearing to us. Loved the coffee shop, too! -
Even though this place is a motel, it has very pleasant grounds.

This is a "Classic" hotel that is part of the Waldorf Astoria. Separate entrance, separate doorman, concierge, etc. Feels like "Old New York". Rooms have 15 ft ceilings and wonderful architecture. We had two rooms and our daughter's room was modern, phenomenal bath all in marble. great, personal, service. Will definitely stay again. -

buffet breakfast. Room was clean and quiet. Pool was nice as was spa.
Hotel was 15 minutes away from Lake Ontario so it was nice to explore
the area. There are many places to eat other than chains if you are
willing to drive 15 minutes or so. -

What I have like thr best is that is close to thr subway, easy to get into thr city with no much problem and for that they have a pick up shuttle.
Allergic to dust so I know when the place is dirty. The place is very clean and organized, the personal clean the rooms everyday, and well no complains about it. -

... ce que les gens disent » he day after we were leaving from La Guardia Airport, so we didn't want to be far away from the airport. The hotel has a shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient. Very friendly staff! Our room was very clean and big enough (2 persons).

The owner Mark and all his staff were extremely helpful. The B&B has lots of unique artefacts and is a really individual place to stay. Rooms, building and neighborhood were beautiful. Innkeeper friendly and
very knowledgeable about nyc. Staff went out of their way to help us
out. All of this, and it was a better value than the hotels we could
find in the area. Just be aware that nyc requires walking, and the
subway was a few blocks away. And of course nyc is more expensive than
most cities.

I really liked the room. the king size bed was really comfortable. The hallway and stairway by my room was being recarpeted so it was a bit of an eye soar, but seeing the new carpet down, it was great. There was more padding down so it didnt feel like you were walking on a bare floor. -

My husband and I only stayed one night but it was very relaxing and enjoyable. We enjoyed the pool and the spa. There are beautiful views of the mountains and the lake. The breakfast was very good. We got into town very early and they allowed us to check in way before check in time. We would very much like to stay there again.

We had a great time. This hotels location was perfect. We walked to several local establishments and enjoyed the neighbor. When I scheduled this trip there was lots if changes and the last woman I talked to was very helpful! I told her were we wanted to go and she looked at the available hotels and recommended this one. It was great ! Also the

I like the fact that there was a Gym and the bonus for my friends was
the Walgreens ...they nmade many trips there and we even had a view of
the place...by the way we had a nice view of the neighbourhoood.
Even thou it was their Easter Luncheon they didn`t forget about their hotel customers.

Staff was very friendly. Entire hotel was very clean. Our room and bathroom were spotless -- best I've seen in a long time. Free breakfast included quite a few items not seen at other hotels. (Happy about real mug for my coffee! :) Would definitely stay here again if in the area. -

The front desk was great! Stephanie was so helpful and offered to print our directions to a restaurant. Instead there was a restaurant printed on the key card envelope and Stephanie gave a "High 5" to - the restaurant was excellent! I was bringing my son to college and I would stay here again without hesitation! -

I love the intimacy of this small, quiet, beautiful hotel with wonderful personal concierge service, which always provides great assistance and recommendations. I also love the location, a relatively quiet residential area, yet very close to great shopping and restaurants. -

The staff are all so nice! When u are a guest at the Mave u are treated like royalty. Even my dog was treated like a princess! Plus the rooms are beautiful, modern & very clean. The beds are so comfy! If u need something all u have to do is call the front desk & no sooner do u hang up the phone are they at your door with whatever u need. Amazing service! Excellent location! I would stay at the Mave every time I need to stay in Manhattan.
