We just returned from a 2 week foliage tour of the New England states.
Our stay at Country Inn and Suites was one of two places that we stayed
where we have nothing but good things to recommend. Here are the things

Easy access from freeway We were only booked for one night but liked
this hotel so much that we booked a second night. -
1. Staff was very friendly, especially Diana, who was really helpful.
2. Breakfast choices were much more than expected.
3. Complimentary dinner was unexpected.
4. Gym and pool facilities.
5. Good location, easy access to highways, city, dining and shopping areas.

Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with
two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in
the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would
not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have
meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. I even looked

Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. The surprise of a skating rink justblew me over! The hotel isactually indoor/ outdoor! The room are a nice size with a gorgeous bathroom. The heaters are a little loud

Location is great. Staff was very helpful. We were sent to a room initially that had been cleaned but then it looked like someone had come afterwards to shower and dress (used razor in shower, empty perfume bottle, towel and robe used, etc.) The staff was very apologetic, sent us to a better room and sent up a bottle of red wine. Waking up to a view of High Line Park and the Empire State Building. Comfortable bed, quiet despite being in the middle of the city and great shower. Awesome location, right at the end of Mirror Lake. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, lake. What a view from the balcony!! Picture perfect! Beautiful hotel with easy check-in/check-out. Good, typical Days Inn. Close to restaurants, shopping and Interstate Highway. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Certainly not 5-Star but a nice place to stay for the night if travelling. -

Location. It had everything you need for a fun vacation... indoor pool, hot tub, sports bar, pool table and darts, and gift shop. Very honest. They deducted the cost of 1 night's stay from our bill
(although we did not ask them for a refund), and moved us to another
room due to an electric socket issue. Staff on desk extremely helpful.
Hotel only a 5 minute walk away from falls. Bedding, pillows and towels

Chambre calme, spacieuse, propre et personnel très attentif - The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed).

We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most
helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in
getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny.
He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile
& friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He
certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable. Paul

I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. -
