  I liked the king sized bed. Very comfortable. Liked the Keurig in the room. Friendly staff. Great decor. - Friendly staff. Clean room. Very quiet but close to I35E. Breakfast price is reasonable.

  Pretty much everything. The room was new and clean. Bed was amazing. The staff was open and very friendly. So would stay here again. - It was very clean, and felt upscale. The rooms were very nice, and the bathrooms were very big.

  First I have to say it was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. It was very elegant.The person/persons who designed the floor plan for the entire facility of Crowne Plaza was very clever. The rooms were very quiet, beds very comfortable, staff was very friendly. Extremely beautiful and comfortable place to stay. - Really Pet friendly and we appreciate that and will return. I used to attend mgmt mtgs there as the Scandicon with Norwest!   The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. While there, the May snowstorm went through and they scooped out my car as I had a spec needs child with me. They did their best to answer our questions on road reports and tried to make us as comfortable during a very stressful situation. We had special requests regarding our room and they were excellent in accommodating us. They are doing extensive remodeling and it's turning out VERY nice. Breakfast choices were numerous and were all very good. We will stay there again when in Rochester!

  We enjoyed out stay very much! The kids loved the pool area. The castle feel was a nice touch. The breakfast was very generous and good. Everything about our stay was great.
