  I liked the king sized bed. Very comfortable. Liked the Keurig in the room. Friendly staff. Great decor. - Friendly staff. Clean room. Very quiet but close to I35E. Breakfast price is reasonable.

  Pretty much everything. The room was new and clean. Bed was amazing. The staff was open and very friendly. So would stay here again. - It was very clean, and felt upscale. The rooms were very nice, and the bathrooms were very big.

  First I have to say it was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. It was very elegant.The person/persons who designed the floor plan for the entire facility of Crowne Plaza was very clever. The rooms were very quiet, beds very comfortable, staff was very friendly.   The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. While there, the May snowstorm went through and they scooped out my car as I had a spec needs child with me. They did their best to answer our questions on road reports and tried to make us as comfortable during a very stressful situation. We had special requests regarding our room and they were excellent in accommodating us. They are doing extensive remodeling and it's turning out VERY nice.
