  Staff was very friendly. We did not arrive to the hotel until about 11 Pm but were still greeted with a very nice smile and the guy was so sweet to us. Very pleasant check in. The beds were very comfortable. Loved that they actually cleaned our room while we were away as well a lot hotels that iI have stayed at recently have not done that. Not an AMAZING breath taking hotel but for the price it exceeded my expecta - Rooms were very spacious; beds very comfortable; very easy access from freeway; great shopping in walking distance.

  Loved the room. It was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved having the individual coffee maker and the small fridge that wasn't stocked with expensive stuff. Bath and Body works products for the shower were lovely. Liked the Starbucks in the lobby too. Exercise room was one of the nicest I have used in a hotel. Didn't use the... ce que les gens disent » pool but it looked very nice too. Location to family in Western Springs very convenient. - I loved the cleanliness above all. It made me so comfortable to sleep in a very clean room. I loved not having to pay for parking as well. I plan to return.
