  Great service from the front desk. Carlos was accomodating with keeping us away from the elevator. They even let us check in early. Quiet hotel - We really appreciated this during a heavy holiday weekend. The staff gave us tips on what to do during the holiday weekend. Rooms are clean. We will use this hotel again! - We enjoyed our stay and enjoy... ce que les gens disent » ed the breakfast and free shuttle service. Carlos at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in giving us information on how to get around since we did not rent a car. Very convenient location and close to trolley stop and little Italy restaurants. We would stay again for sure.
