  I came to San Diego to attend a conference and visit. I was really interested in a clean and safe location where I would literally just sleep and shower. I loved that there was a cafe/diner right by- it made breakfast easy. It was a great location- just a walk away from the coast and the gaslamp. The staff were helpful. Also there was a nice gym a... ce que les gens disent » vailable, which I would like to have taken advantage of if I had more time. - although the hotel was not what we expected it was okay considering we were just there to sleep. if you're looking for a cheap decent place to sleep this is the place. if you're looking for somewhere to be comfortable probably not the place for you. I'm a pretty easy going girl who have to get ready for Halloween party and this place was just ok for that.

  Ideal location. My experience made me want to move to san diego. Staff had great recommendations, from cheap parking to good seafood. Great, clean rooms..the bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home. My wife, having never stayed in a hostel, was hesitant about this before we arrived, but ultimately she loved it and we'll be staying here ag... ce que les gens disent » ain on another long wkend from la - Excellent position in the middle of nightlife (by the way we had a room looking in the inner patio and we didn't hear a voice from outside). Nice habit of the hostel is preparing one's own breakfast in the kitchen!
