It was our first time with my friend in New York and the hotel was perfect for us as it was 10 minutes walk to time square. We would walk easily from time square to the hotel after 12am.
The room was small but we loved that it was perfectly clean. We were hardly in the room as we would leave for breakfast at 7am then leave for our sightseeing and

Well maintained, all furniture, carpets, wallpaper, courtains, bathroom, lamps were in good condition.

The hotel was in a great location. Also, had a lovely lounge and free access to computers which was quite handy. The entire hotel staff were wonderful especially the housekeeping staff. Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. The rooms were a lot better than expected, luxury bathrooms even in the standard rooms.
The hotel itself is in a great location close to most of the tourist sites. Would definitely recommend.

Even from walking through the doors the lobby was friendly and professional, the bar was amazing, helpful staff.

Staff was generally very friendly. Very convenient location. Easy walk
to Grand Central Station, Penn Station, and many restaurants. Many
restaurants deliver and staff helped us set up in breakfast room to have
our dinner. Love that it was pet friendly. Felt very welcomed with my

I like everything about our stay at the Hampton Inn at 35th St. All of the staff from the desk reception, maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional!
