Impeccable service, excellent location, stylishly furnished rooms, ridiculously comfortable beds. This is the second time I've stayed here, and I'll be staying again on my next visit to Chicago. I've already recommended it to friends, who have subsequently recommended it to their friends. Nuff said! -

Went down the next moring expressed in a polite way my concerns and Jordan jumped into action and without questions he moved us to the front of the building up to 40. The mattress was significantly better and the view was great. Thank you Jordan! -

Loved ENO Restaurant, located in Hotel, food was wonderful, especially the wine selection.
Loved being able to walk to shops like Burberry and Zara.

The location for shopping, business and sightseeing is excellent. The hotel has a hip, trendy vibe that feels like a welcome touch of Manhattan or Copenhagen. The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful. Steered us towards great restaurants and looked after us during the whole stay. This will be the only hotel we will stay at downtown! Many thanks! -

Perfect location. Fastest internet I have ever had. Excellent beds. Attentive and friendly staff. "Wine five-o-clock" at the lobby :) Great food at Sable restaurant and impressive cocktails at the bar. We arrived late, at 11 pm when the kitchen at the restaurant was about to close but nevertheless we were served with a great dinner.
