  The staff was AMAZING!! Stephen and Mohammed in the valet dept were so helpful. We had some car troubles and they were so kind and understanding. These two deserve a raise!! Even the housekeeping staff were very pleasant in the halls and always greeted us with warm smiles and conversation. I'm going back to San Jose a couple of times next year and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. - Everything about the Fairmont was impressive. Loved the décor, all staff members were professional, friendly, and eager to help. This was our first stay at your beautiful hotel. We have relatives in San Jose and visit often. This will now be our hotel of choice whenever we visit San Jose. Please thank your staff for us. They all made our stay wonderful.

  How pleasant the staff was, very clean facilities, and conveniently connected to the airport (courtesy shuttle) and downtown (light train). - I liked the location of the hotel, the buffet breakfast, and proxity to various eating establishments.
