Courtous staff, great location for attending HP pavillion show. More ammenities than expected- hairdryer, microwave, coffee, tea, refridge. -
Good price. Air conditioning worked well. We had a quiet room on the back side of the property so we did not hear street traffic.

Lovely hotel. I was very pleased with my week-long stay. After first plugging in the refrigerator, it made a loud humming noise, but noise stopped after replugging. Fridge in room with ice cube tray. It has a small frig, microwave to use as needed. The breakfast is well
stocked and a real breakfast with eggs, potatoes, pancakes,
bacon/sausage, cereal and juices. It should have fresh fruit
(apples, oranges or bananas).

How pleasant the staff was, very clean facilities, and conveniently connected to the airport (courtesy shuttle) and downtown (light train). - I liked the location of the hotel, the buffet breakfast, and proxity to various eating establishments.

Heat system worked well (option of more or less heat, instead of having
the ac kick in when set below 72ºf). Blanket was about the right thickness-

There were lots of items to choose from - excellent cinnamon rolls, breads, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, sausages/bacon, pancakes, and 24 hour juice and coffee. The rooms were nice size, comfortable and very clean. -
