The staff was AMAZING!! Stephen and Mohammed in the valet dept were so helpful. We had some car troubles and they were so kind and understanding. These two deserve a raise!! Everything about the Fairmont was impressive. Loved the décor, all staff members were professional, friendly, and eager to help. This was our first stay at your beautiful hotel. Courtous staff, great location for attending HP pavillion show. More ammenities than expected- hairdryer, microwave, coffee, tea, refridge. -
Good price. Air conditioning worked well. We had a quiet room on the back side of the property so we did not hear street traffic.

Really well located. Right next to the freeway and 2 minutes away walking from the trolley to the convention center.
Not far from it (5 minutes walking) there is a Denny's and a 7Eleven.
