Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Duane and Jayne were great. The room was big and there was a tub in the bathroom. The room was the right temperature. The location is outside the French Quarter but close enought to walk. It is on the cablecar line to the Garden District and Audubon Park. There are good restaurants and a grocery store/deli

close to everything you need to see; on trolley line. beautiful large bedroom/living room/kitchenette. staff is very friendly and helpful; gave us free wi fi too. less than a mile to cruise ships. great place to see new Orleans for the first time. like it a lot better than newer sterile type hotels.

Fantastic location! Spacious room, large closet, firm bed, lovely balcony. Attentive staff. Enjoyed meals at The Veranda. Cable car across the street. Bought great gifts at your gift shop - playing cards, t shirts, food and candy, and a cd of 250 photos. . -

I Loved the comforter on our bed it was so comfortable to sleep in, and
the pillows were amazing as well! The hotel it's self is very
convenient, right across the way from the street car (which isn't
exspensive at all) there are awesome food places all over the place, not

This place looked little tired but the rooms were large, very clean,really great location with lots of eating places near by also street car straight across road and the staff very very helpful. Breakfast was also included and was really nice and large selection. The only negative was that we stayed the weekend of Jazz Festival and the room price nearly doubled but we would certainly stay there again loved it

My overall stay was awesome!!!! The staff members overall service was
superb!!! They were pleasant from the time we checked in up to the
moment we checked out. This was one of my best stay at any hotel and I
have stayed at many hotels. Management did an awesome job in choosing
these employees. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Plus I have
recommended Staybridge to friends& others. Keep up the excellent

I stayed on the Pontchartrain during early December 2013. My room was
nicer than what I expected. Various internet reviews of the hotel were
discouraging; however, I found my room to be (for the $$) large,
recently updated, clean, and outfitted with a comfortable bed, sitting

The hotel is located in a nice quiet area and by nice restaurants. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful stuff Hotel itself is very historical and interior will take you at least a century back. I could recommend it for special events as well if you are looking for a charming atmosphere.
