Great staff made us feel welcome and very helpful with all our questions. It was a joy to meet and chat with the staff at this hotel, would stay here again! Very close to French Quarter, cruise terminal everything was within walking distance, safe area to stay at. -

The Staff at this hotel were very accommodating. They were extremely
pleasant & went above & beyond to make sure we had our needs
met. Our room had a sofa bed but it didn't look very nice or
supportive, so the guy (can't remember the name) came up &
brought a rollaway bed b/c there weren't any other available
rooms to move us to. I tho

The staff at Comfort Inn & Suites was incredible helpful, and the friendliest hotel staff I've experienced in any city in quite some time. We got help right away with options of parking, as well as suggestions for dinner. Great experience and value for the one night we stayed in NOLA-when we return I will definitely have Comfort Inn & Suites at the top of our list!

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Duane and Jayne were great. The room was big and there was a tub in the bathroom. The room was the right temperature. The location is outside the French Quarter but close enought to walk. It is on the cablecar line to the Garden District and Audubon Park. There are good restaurants and a grocery store/deli

close to everything you need to see; on trolley line. beautiful large bedroom/living room/kitchenette. staff is very friendly and helpful; gave us free wi fi too. less than a mile to cruise ships. great place to see new Orleans for the first time. like it a lot better than newer sterile type hotels.

I really liked how beautiful it was inside. The decorations were so neat and ornate. Good location I took the street car all over the food nearby was all great too. Over all I really loved it when I come back to see my husband I will book here again. -

The atmosphere was perfect and everything I had expected when I booked the room. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We ran into some issue @ the beginning of our trip and weren't able to rent a car as planned. One of the staff members sat with us for an hour directing us to the best restaurants and bars outside of the French quarters. The location was perfect. Just a short block from the street cars. Since we didn't have a vehicle it was very convenient.

I had a nice time staying at the Residence Inn on March 1st, 2013. I wish I could have stayed longer but my funds would not let me. But overall it was a nice experience and I would recommend this place to anyone and of course I will be returning to the Residence Inn in the near future or sooner. -

We stayed in the Queen Anne House, which was one of several buildings in the hotel. It was a beautiful old house of about 7-9 rooms and was wonderful.. This is a converted older home in the Garden District, close to the street car line, and has a quiet charm. The rooms are small but adequate and well furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is quite good. We have stayed here twice and will again.

The location couldn't have been better. Two blocks off of Bourbon St and two blocks from Jackson Square. Very close to a lot of nice restaurants, shopping, and art galleries. The courtyard pool was the perfect way to relax in the late afternoon before dinner. The morning breakfast buffet had good variety of pastries and cereals to choose from. The balcony suite had a very simple, but classic design. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and having my morning coffee.
