  The breakfast was great and meeting other guests over a meal was enjoyable. The owners are friendly and attentive. The decor is very nice. Suggestions of local places to eat was great and the refrigerator in the room was stocked with cold beverages. An all day pass on the bus/streetcar made getting around easy, as the bed and breakfast is not ver... ce que les gens disent » y close to the entertainment district, but the bus stops on the nearby corner.   I really liked staying here. It gave you that old "New Orleans" feel.I Loved the friendliness of the staff and the place is clean! I left something in my room and they went to allot of trouble to help me get it back. You won't find that kind of service with some of the big,fancy hotels. For the moneY I was very satisfied. We enjoyed our stay there... ce que les gens disent » and we will book again. :) - The staff was helpful and responsive and the manager/owner(?) is a stand up guy who definitely goes above and beyond. The location is perfect for hanging out in the French Quarter. It's really cheap compared to other hotels in the area. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, plus no bedbugs! If I was back in NOLA on my own again, I'd definitely stay here.

We also loved that breakfast and was served Monday each morning, and dinner was served Monday thru Thursday for free, with very good hot and enjoyable meals.
