Close to everything! We paid for a one Bedroom but were surprised and given a two bedroom for the same price! Staff was very friendly and called To see if we would like our room cleaned. The room was up-to-date; had a full supplied kitchen and full refrigerator. Had two outside seating areas facing freanchman st that made it great to listen to music. Staff was great and our room opened up to the pool and hot tub.

When I first arrived I was disappointed to find out I would be staying in the guest house across the street. My disappointment evaporated when I entered my room. The bedroom was large with a comfortable bed. Then I looked at the bathroom it was as large as the bedroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a separate walkin shower all tastefully done.

My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights. The location is brilliant and the receptionist that greeted us (forget her name but lots of tattoos) was lovely, very helpful and kind. Walking distance to Bourbon street but far enough away to not hear noise. Close to the French Market. Room was nice, great king sized bed. Courtyard was perfect for my husband to hang out and use his ipad and be able to smoke. We will definitely stay here again! Great location!!

The staff are über friendly and will help you with anything. It doesn't matter that there's no elevator as the staff help you with your bags without even asking them to.

Upgraded to king size bed. Quaint location w/garden patio. 1/2 mile walk to French Quarter. Hosts were nice. Breakfast was fantastic. I was allowed 12pm check out which made a big difference to me. I would return again.

Very clean and within walking distance to the French Quarter Most of the
staff were fantastic. I didnt get the name of the gentleman who helped
us with our bags, but he was so helpful and friendly. The people at the
front desk were extremely friendly and did everything to make our stay
very enjoyable. I would especally like to say thankyou to Betty Evans
for being so friendly and answering my many questions and helping find
some of the places we wanted to see. I would definetly go back to stay

What a gem this place was. So lucky to find such an amazing spot for the
money. The rooms are semi luxurious with nice bathrooms, comfy big beds
and a big tv. The lobby is nice with computers you can use for free. The
bar and pool are are great for a relaxing beer. Staff are nice with
particular mention of Ty the barman. His knowledge of local restaurants
and entertainment was brilliant and such a good lad as well. Happy to
help with bookings or info.

Location could not have been better. Quiet safe street, just a few blocks from everything there is to see in FQ New Orleans. Character of the building made you "feel" like you were in NOLA. My husband and I have been to New Orleans many times and have stayed everywhere throughout the city. This was probably our favorite place for location, budget, cleanliness and privacy. It felt like we had our own apartment and you really get the full Quarter experience being in the heart of the neighborhood. Easy walk to everything!

A nice old building with typical for nola iron balcony (there are tables
and chairs there, so you can sit, have a cup of coffee and admire the
view of the old French Quarters). The rooms are renovated with clean and
modern bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The people in hotel very
friendly and helpful. The was no safe in the room but there is a safety
deposit box at the front desk and its free! Location is great - just two
blocks from Bourbon Street. -
Located in the heart of French Quarter, 5 minutes walk from Bourbon Street, 10 minutes Jackson Square or Canal Street. Room where i stayed was small, just big enough for a queen bed, bathroom was actually bigger - but very comfortable and perfectly adequate for solo traveller.
I was a little concerned about walking back late at night after reading several reviews - but really nothing to worry about. Would definitely recommend - excellent value for money.
