Great hotel, great location, great, competent and helpfully staff... we really enjoyed our stay at this hote.... that much that we finally stayed one extra night... - Felt like royalty, the staff was very professional and helpful every where I went throughout the Hotel. - Excellent service, very polite staff and lovely hotel.

Was greeted at check-in with a glass of white wine. Just what I needed after a long day at work! The staff are happy and have great personalities. Probably because they let some of their employees bring their dogs to work. And the design was very unique and posh. -

Très bonne situation géographique dans la ville à proximité de l'action du dontown, sans toutefois être dans le bruit de celle-ci - The hotel was chic and near to all attractions. The room was large, comfortable and well decorated. Desk staff were friendly and gave excellent advice. Very friendly place indeed!! - Good location. Great room.

The rooms were really nice and the beds were super comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The on-site gym was under repair during my visit but they provided guest aces to the YMCA gym just around the corner. ironically that was one of the highlights of my trip as the Y had one of the best retired weight rooms I have seen in a long time. -

Complimentary drinks and snacks in bar until room ready. Complimentary breakfasts for two days. Problem with toilet on third day repaired straight away. Staff very courteous and friendly.

I simply loved the Gaslamp Quarter location which made it convient for going to the convention center for my meetings, shopping in between sessions, and lots of variety when deciding on where to dine in the evening. Being close to PetCo Park was a bad deal either. -

Chambre très très spacieuse, accès librement à des pc internet dans uncadre agréable, au coeur de la ville - the rooms were very comfortable and homey. The staff was helpful and very courteous. I would go back. - the suites were very nice

Were booked for Monday night but arrived, unexpectedly, a day early..in the middle of the night. They accommodated very nicely--giving a good rate and complimentary parking. Everything! I was blown away with the beauty of the lobby! The staff was wonderful, our room was fantastic, (corner king), the food was good (pulled pork was best I've had in ages!), and the views were gorgeous. I loved how close it was to so many areas of SD. The pool area (with the firepits at night!) looked wonderful, but it was so windy so we didn't stay. I also loved the old pictures throughout the hotel. If you are from SD it was particularly super to see them.

The view was fantastic. Hotel is conveniently located and so easy to
move around the city and nearby. Old Town Trolley, which is a convenient
way to go to the different attractions, stops right near the hotel side
entrance. Driveway, lobby, room and bathroom are all very spacious. Bed
and pillows are very comfortable. Our room was available upon arrival at
around half past 11 in the morning and we appreciated this very much.
The hotel has taken steps to be eco-friendly which is admirable.

Best value!!!! I loved having the restaurant on the same floor as our
room. We visited happy hour and drank their signature cocktails for only
$5 each! And not to mention wine Wednesday - half off bottles!!! So
happy! We also loved walking to little Italy for dinner. We had a

I liked the fact that it had a balcony, the bathrooms were a good size, the tv was a nice flat screen, the AC was amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the restaurant/bar was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly, and the location of the hotel itself is in a great spot.
