The staff (Maris, at the front desk, was specially helpful), the facilities, the breakfast lounge and the good environment. It's also super well located with a cable car station right at the corner. I'd also recommend the airport limo with a flat rate to the airport offered by the hotel. -

For both business and family. Great location, in the city but not with
all the noise. Close to the piers and Chinatown. Really enjoyed it! -
Its walking distance to Union square and Chinatown. Tram passes right in front. Very nice rooms and very friendly staff.

I had to step up the itinerary of my trip by two days. Although I
didn't get the same room class/price, the day manager worked
with me over the phone to get a room booked. When I arrived, the (same?)
manager noted that we had one small child, and changed the room to
accomodate, without changing the price. There is a sink in the room, as

The hotel is right next to chinatown, within 5 mins walking distance
from many restaurant -
Showers, bathrooms close to room,no street noise, wf in lobby, vending
machines, location, room cleaned every day, bed made, fresh
linen,Microwave,fridge,large closet,dresser,small night table. I have a
bad back so the bed with a not soft mattress was great. The hotel is
steps away from coffee shops, espresso parlors, City Lights books, Grant
Avenue that leads to Chinatown, walk along Grant catch the cable car,
end up at Union Square and all the big shops. I intend to stay here

Très bien situé aux portes de Chinatown. Chambre assez petite maisconfortable. Trés bon rapport qualité/prix. A conseillé pour les petitsporte-monnaie et les courts séjours - Hôtel situé idéalement en plein coeur de San Francico. La chambreoccupée est assez petite mais les lits sont très confortables.

This hotel was in Chinatown and near to the city centre. We could walk to Fisherman's wharf as well as to the businesss district, and also the cosy street with Italian & other restaurants & bars was in walking distance. It was just a good room, clean, with enough space, with a good and clean shower & bathroom and compared to other prices and pictures of -
the room was very spacious. we got a room with balcony that face the main road.
it was clean, decent and really good enough for a comfortable night sleep.
there are shops avail just opposite the hotel which makes it really convenient to get your necessities.
hotel staff was friendly, free parking and am satisfied.
location was decent, smacked in chinatown which is jus minutes away from city area (union sq)

Out of context the rate seems a little bit expensive... But we compared
with so many other hotels in the area, and I really think this was the
best hotel for this price range! The location was amazing - north beach
on one side and chinatown on the other; walking distance to
fisherman's wharf... We really felt like we were in the heart of the
city.

I did like they offered breakfast which other hotels in the area
didn'T. Breakfast was simple: cereals, breads, juices, boiled eggs.
The price was good compared to others in the area. I liked the location,
I wouldn't normally stay in "china town" but I enjoyed the
experience. One street over is North Beach, which isn't a
"beach". More appropriate name should be "little
italy"; very good italian restaurants. I would stay here again if
the prices stayed the way they were.

- Location!! Walking north you´re in Chinatown. Southwards are all the designerstores you can imagine and Union Square. Going east you´ll stumble upon lovely restaurants and bars (even possible to sit outside!). Just across the streat is a Starbucks cafe and an minimarket!

Stayed 4th Dec 2013.Hotel location great, just at entrance to Chinatown and short walk to Union Square and Market Street, only there for 2 nights so good for us. Staff very helpful and let us leave our bags there after checkout until early evening until we flying out. Very clean and big bed and plenty space in the room. Shower in bathroom great pressure and nice and hot.
Would recommend for short stopover, certainly not luxury but adequate.
