  the value for money was amazing...really good price for a nice room, excellent staff (they bring a microwave when we wanted to warm our meal), useful facilities especially the working room where we printed our flight tickets. - The hotel was very central to all the main attractions we wanted to see and do in Chicago.

  I initially chose your hotel for it's location and price..Close to Amtrak, Downtown, easy access to the Metra rail/buses so we could visit all the Museums, Parks, Restraunts and don't forget " Shopping "..But your Hotel Staff is what will bring me back..I'm a flight attendant and I spend a lot of time in hotels..A Clean, comfortable room is import... ce que les gens disent » ant..But a friendly, helpful staff is most important to me..Thank you for a wonderful stay..Sincerely, Paula & Serena - We didn't get a river view room, but who we met there did and it was spectacular! The staff was very friendly, very accommodating. I liked the breakfast included meal plan which was an outstanding value. The location was off the beaten path but close enough if you wanted a nice long walk through the city to take it all in. I was very pleased with the facility and would definitely stay there again.
