Kim, the desk clerk, was so helpful and cheerful to us. We needed an extra night due to the Key West Express canceling our return trip to Ft Myers. Kim did all she could do to accommodate us including us being able to stay in our room.

I would recommend Orchid Key to friends and if I return to Key West I would like to stay there -
Quaint, boutique style, non-comercial hotel with a nice staff. Loved Brandon at the front desk. He was helpful, personable and fun to talk to. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to nightlife, but far enough away from the noise so that you can relax if you choose. We will DEFINITELY stay here again on our next trip to Key West.

Etablissement très bien entretenu. l'établissement et propre et les tenanciers généreux. Parking à disposition. L'apéritif gratuit est généreux.

Good Location, the hotel is right in the middle of the "older" and nicer part of Key West. Cheapest restaurant around is Denny's, right around the corner. -
Large, beautifully furnished room, feels like you are in a 5 star hotel!
Very pretty setting, especially considering good location right in town. They obviously took a lot of trouble to make this place look good.

This hotel was excellent!! The price was right for the four of us to split and the location was spot on!! It was just a few minutes walk from the busy side (west end) of Duval as well as all the restaurants/bars on the marina. The hotel hosted a bunch of pools and different deck levels for tanning. The location couldn't be better. Quiet, historic residential neighborhood yet only a few blocks from the main attractions near Mallory Square. Three quaint old houses connected together, updated décor and nice bathrooms, 3 small pools. We liked our 116 room which was a spacious quaintly converted attic. Steep narrow stairs but quite private. Not cheap, but good value for Key West. Would stay there again.

Upon arrival at the Marriot we were upgraded from a Standard King to the Presidential Suite which was totally unexpected! The room was stunning, much more than we could ever ask for and we absolutely loved staying in that room.
The fact the resort is outside the town centre wasn't an issue for us although the bus only goes once an hour so it wasn't very convieninet if you miss it!
Jeff the pool attendant was excellent and really made our stay more pleasant.

Everything was great at our stay in Key West, the Guesthouse is just 3 min walk from Duval Street. We came by ferry from Ft Myers and it was just a 5 min walk from there as well. To the Southernmost Point it is about a 20 min walk but you can take Duval St so you have a lot to see (shops, bars...).

We are from Australia so enjoyed the beautiful southern style. Triple
storey with with painted verandahs and balcony S. Brilliant room and
bathroom and beautiful pools and spas. Breakfast nice - cereals yogurt
and fruit Location: As good as it gets About 250 metres from harbour one
way and same to main shopping / cafe strip the other Value for
money: 10 out of 10

The front desk clerks were sooo friendly and accomodating. The check in was fast and easy thanks to Angel.We were traveling with our 2 little dogs and they were welcomed with friendly smiles and pets. -
No driving once we got to the airport.Shuttles took us everywhere.
Excellent service and the wait staff, especially Vivian, was wonderful.

Value - There are many hotels to choose from on Key West, but at a
cost. The Best Western was a good value. It was clean and easy to get
to. It is a little further from downtown but still only a 10 minute
drive to Duval Street. We visited during the off season so there was
plenty of street parking for $2 an hour off of Duval. Overall, we were

Courteous and helpful staff. Nice breakfast complete with make-your-own waffle machine. Bus service into Key West stops right outside front door of hotel. Spacious and comfortable bedroom. Free WiFi with excellent signal. Really nice, warm pool and nice cocktail bar beside it. Lovely, cute birds frequent the poolside area.

The staff were veey accomodating, from the moment we arrived they paid attention to make it a special anniversary for us. We were greeted in our suite with baloons, chocolate truffles and champagne after a day of sightseeing.
The beach and pool area were beautiful, and the pig roast was very enjoyable.

This is a typical resort hotel with rooms opening from an open corridor, very friendly and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The room was spacious, there was a fridge in it as well.
I have to highlight the location of the hotel which is very good, it is like two blocks away from the Southernmost Point and you can reach the main street with a short walk.
The hotel has a private beach as well.
