The Avalon is a lovely B&B on the quiet end of Duval, or at least as
quiet as it ever gets in Key West. We went for a relaxing long weekend
with relatives. There is no bar on the premises, but Pearls B&B is
just around the corner with a fairly lively and eclectic clientele. The

Yvonne went out of her way to help us with sunset booking; the staff is friendly and helpful. We liked the spacious bathroom/shower and the netted bed, plenty of closet and drawer space. The full breakfast served on the quaint front porch right on Duval St. made for a glorious start to the morning; great people watching spot. The cookies and lemonade in afternoon is a nice touch. Private parking within short walking distance.

I expected the hotel to be good,but it went far above my expectations. It was just perfect! I look at every single detail, and I love everything being good, especially when you travel with your family. Friendly staff, for Europeans over-friendly but get used to it if you
want to visit the usa. They have 3 pools and a beach with complimentary
towels. You can order food & drinks on the tab of the room so
that's easy.
Free parking in front of your room as well as free WiFi all over the hotel. Breakfast is until 11:30 am
Barefoot Billy’s is right around the corner if you want to go jet skiing.
Just relax and enjoy the view, nothing bad to say about this hotel!

The staff was fantastic! Always genuinely friendly and happy! The location was away from all the noise on duval but still close enough to enjoy a night out. The views were beautiful and the pier was my absolute favorite. A nice option to avoid the noise at the pool if you want to relax. -

Reception was efficient and helpful. The staff were knowledgeable and very willing to make bookings for taxis or excursions. The night staff were equally good. The cleaners and their supervisors were keen to ensure that our stay was marked by a very good standard, we were impressed.

I enjoyed my stay there. Marcus and Natalie were always helpful. If I needed anything they would have cards or call for me. What is convenient there is store, little ice cream shop, food, and scooters right around the corner. Duval is one street over and the beach is a couple of streets away. I had the double room since I was a single and it was nice and roomy. I had a big flat screen TV that was great. The dressing area and bathroom were also big. Like I said I enjoyed my stay in Key We

This is a lovely Key West style resort located just off the quiet end of Duvall Street. The facility is charming, well kept and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. We felt comfortable relaxing by the pool and having and drink or sitting in the AC in our room. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate us when our flight home was canceled due to bad weather. The grounds/pools/hot tubs were lovely and well-maintained. Breakfast was good and decently priced. It was also great having a nice little bar right downstairs from our room, and the people we met there were all friendly and fun.

The pool was heated which was fantastic, the concierge was great - webooked an adventure day on a catamaran with parasailing, jet skis andsnorkelling plus an afternoon on board a fishing boat where we were theonly "guests" whilst sipping on Mango Smoothies by the poolside - howmuch better can it get? - Wonderful experience all around.

The staff were veey accomodating, from the moment we arrived they paid attention to make it a special anniversary for us. We were greeted in our suite with baloons, chocolate truffles and champagne after a day of sightseeing.
The beach and pool area were beautiful, and the pig roast was very enjoyable.

This is a typical resort hotel with rooms opening from an open corridor, very friendly and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The room was spacious, there was a fridge in it as well.
I have to highlight the location of the hotel which is very good, it is like two blocks away from the Southernmost Point and you can reach the main street with a short walk.
The hotel has a private beach as well.

Very quaint, peaceful, and private. Amazingly beautiful and well kept private gardens and pool area. Highly recommend for couples who want the feel of a private getaway, while also having the luxury of being located right on Duval Street near where all the bars start. Also recommend BlackFin Bistro located just two blocks away for a romantic dinne

Location is good. Nice clean comfortable place. Close from the beach, but the beach is private. Walkable distance to Duval street. Good guy at the reception. Pool right in front of the room. Would recommend for family, couples alike. Breakfast and wi-fi included. Room had a small dressing room outside bathroom which was cool.

We had the "Pelican Suite" and is like a little house apart of the hotel, so we feel at home, independent exit gate, close to the breakfast island, and cozy table outside the room. I'm not a breakfast person so what you serve was perfect for The pool are was clean and great we had a good time. We will be back in the future. -

The Egret room was super big, very comfy, feeling like home, in a colonial house with lush vegetation in the garden. The breakfast is all-you-can-eat and in the garden: lovely! The staff is friendly. Wifi access for free. We didn't have the time to experience the pool.
