Staff and facilities were mixed. The evening staff didn't tell us
that the sixth floor was under construction and that the flooring was
missing in the hallways. We had a moment of concern when we stepped off
the elevator. The room though, especially the new bath remodel was
excellent. The morning staff apologized for the condition of the hallway

Wanted to be by airport. Good for that. Room , understandably "under renovation" but had odd sliding door to BR and the shower head connection to wall sprayed water all over above the shower doors onto the floor! Also as member of priority club should have had free water at check in. But no worries. It served the purpose.

Upgrade when a room w 2 beds wasn't available. Starbucks in lobby. Free and predictable shuttle to sea tac. -

The fresh white linens and duvets. The wonderfully comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet. The service - they couldn't do enough for me. The closeness to the airport. - It was a fantastic hotel, the room was ready on time, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Thanks so very much, it is so awesome, our guest from Hawaii was so happy for having them staying in the Red Lion Hotel. Very big rooms, and they were amazing when we open their room first. The Rev. This was the 3rd time we stayed in a couple of months due to medical. 2nd time was a disaster, but 1st and 3rd were very very pleasant.

The location was perfect for our lay over. Staff was prompt in airport
pickup, rooms were soundproof even though you can see the airplanes from
our window. Restaurant across the parking lot was great for a good late
night soup and salad. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. But most of
all when we rushed out half a sleep to catch our early fligh

immediately went up and looked for it and got it into the mail for -
Hotel was quiet, beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional....from front desk personnel to the shuttle driver. They stored our luggage for the day and let us leave our rental car so we could take the lite rail downtown - we had checked out, but didn't leave until that evening. The shuttle driver dropped us off and picked us up from the rail.

The hotel appearance was inviting and well groomed. Staff was

The speedy shuttle pick up, check-in, friendly service, and offers of complimentary ammenities, water and popcorn at check-in. My luggage was delayed in Philadelphia so it was a very comforting offer at midnight when I checked in. Thank you very much!

The staff was amazing! She helped me after my reservation in their system messed up, but it worked out fine. Their complimentary breakfast was deliscious! They had kosher foods, asian cuisine, and other ordinary breakfast foods. The room was great, spacious and comfortable for the price. -

Facilities and amenities. The restaurant service was excellent as was
the shuttle service to the airport to take the light rail into the city.
Late check out was nice at 1 with no extra charge. -

The staff was so friendly and he even directed us to the biggest mall in WA that's just 10 mins away. He printed out a google map to show us directions! -

I liked the green apples in the lobby, the helpfulness of the staff, and the breakfast arrangement. There was also a relatively friendly environment for taking a walk outside, even though technically the hotel is in an industrial area. -

The hotel was immaculately clean. The rooms had nice touches like real tissues (not sand paper), fluffy towels and soft linens. Extremely nice for the price. -
