This was a good experience. I was picked up and the driver loaded my heavy bags and was curtious and talkative. Then the desk clerk helped me carry my luggage up to the 2nd floor. The room was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised because the price is so low! I felt safe even though Im a female traveling alone staying at a 53$ hotel. In the morn

The staff were so willing to accomodate my needs. As soon as I called to
be picked up at the airport they immediately responded even though it
was late at night. The hotel obviously was very tired at some point,
locks have been changed and they provided great Wifi. It is obvious that
the owners are trying to accommodate at a very reasonable price.

Staff and facilities were mixed. The evening staff didn't tell us
that the sixth floor was under construction and that the flooring was
missing in the hallways. We had a moment of concern when we stepped off
the elevator. The room though, especially the new bath remodel was

Wanted to be by airport. Good for that. Room , understandably "under renovation" but had odd sliding door to BR and the shower head connection to wall sprayed water all over above the shower doors onto the floor! Also as member of priority club should have had free water at check in. But no worries. It served the purpose.

I have stayed at the Red Roof Inn before. Even though I had to cancel my last planned stay I will rebook it for sure as soon as I can. I found my room very comfortable and clean. A clean room is the most important thing for me. I also like the furnishings and found the bed to be very comfortable. Will stay there again when in the area.
And the gentleman I spoke to when I had to cancel (due to death in family) was so courteous on the phone. So far so good! I will return.

Once we figured out how to get there from the Light Rail it was great! WAY easier for overnight stopovers than other places we've stayed. Clean & comfortable, friendly staff, and decent coffee in the morning! And the shuttle right to our departure gate was a bonus. Great value. -

All the staff have knowledge of what they do and very friendly. I could see the quality of Marriott and how they train their staff. I was very pleased of my short stay. Swimming pool area looked really lovely, wish I had little more time before my flight. -

The location was perfect for our lay over. Staff was prompt in airport
pickup, rooms were soundproof even though you can see the airplanes from
our window. Restaurant across the parking lot was great for a good late
night soup and salad. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. But most of

Hotel was quiet, beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional....from front desk personnel to the shuttle driver. They stored our luggage for the day and let us leave our rental car so we could take the lite rail downtown - we had checked out, but didn't leave until that evening. The shuttle driver dropped us off and picked us up from the rail.

Speedy check-in. Shuttle brought us back from airport the night before our flight (after we returned our rental car early). Breakfast scheduled 6-9 am but really appreciated the breakfast items being put out at 5:30 am, in time for us to eat before taking the 6:00 am shuttle to airport. We had 3 legs of flight that day & didn't get to our home in Ohio until 1:30 am the next morning. Thanks for the good send-off!!

it's really near to the airport and you don't hear so much noise from airplanes. You can drink your coffee and eat something for brakfast also very early in the morning
