L'endroit était merveilleux . La chambre , claire , le resto hors ducommun . Et le calme partout ... - Room are small, but beds are really large and comfortable (we had 180cm bed) room n°4 and I found decoration and all equipment good (DVD player will be good option). Breakfast OK and view to loch real realy super (during breakfast).

The staff was very friendly, the food was amazing (unfortunately we missed the dinner as we arrived late, but the breakfast was really really good) and the bed was amazing, slept like a baby.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a family room. The rooms were spacious even with the extra single bed brought into the room. The full size bed was very large and comfortable. Ensuite bathroom featured bath/shower. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Edinburgh. It was very convenient to head over to the pub n

Cleanliness and reliability: We can rely on the standard being the same everywhere and for a very reasonable price (we are retired and 1 of us disabled).

For a chain, it's well done and as personal as a chain can get. The staff was really friendly and helpful and even let us check in a bit early. The location is right on the bus line and the foot path to the Falkirk Wheel runs right behind the attached restaurant. Decent breakfast at the attached restaurant. -

The room was spotless and very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good too, a good variety and eggs to order. Laura on reception was genuinely helpful and a pleasure to have as the first person you meet when you come into this premier Inn. Premier Inn Euston could learn a lot from this level of genuine customer service. Well done Laura, you have restored my faith in Premier Inn.

Although only staying for one night all staff were courteous and very friendly. Room was spotless and bed so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent too. - Staff here extremely helpful and courteous. Service was prompt. Rooms were spotless and the beds and pillows comfortable.
