  Taking the advantage of a late deal this was excellent value for money, and with only a few guests staying in the hotel on the lead up to Christmas we were given a complementary up-grade...even better!   I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities provided. All staff were very pleasant, helpful and courteous, both reception and domestic. The Harvester restaurant could not have been handier and I had no complaints at all with the food available.
