  Staff were really friendly and helpful, there was a good atmopsphere in all areas of the hotel. I left my phone charger in my room on departure and they were great about sending it on to me, very efficient!   Very lovely place with friendly staff. - Lovely room, huge comfortable bed and the food in the restaurant was very nice, although a little expensive. There was a really good selection of different choices for the breakfast (full english, scrambled eggs, continental, etc) all of which were included in the price of the room.

  We stayed in a deluxe double room which was spacious with a four poster bed and jacuzzi bath. We had a sea view room which was beautiful. If you are going to stay at this hotel we highly recommend you pay the extra £20 a night for a deluxe room. The breakfast was excellent. The sea view from the room was one of the best we have ever had. Throughout the hotel, it was clean and in good decorative order. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

  Chambres confortables - The whole atmosphere was good and my wife and i immediately were able to relax from the the time we entered the hotel. The spa facilities were really good and the location from the town was just right. The staff were so helpful. and always had a smile for you. The room was very comfortable and it was lovely and quiet at night, so very restful. Food was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

  This hotel is just what we want from a hotel. Owners and staff were so friendly. The gym and pool were excellent. The room was clean and the bed was huge and comfortable.   We arrived early for our stay and the staff did everything to get our accommodation ready.We had a warm welcome from the staff who were all very friendly. We stayed in the Dovecotes which was ample accommodation for my daughters and myself. The property had everything you could need . The views from the terrace of the Waves restaurant are stunning and the food was excellent. The weather couldn't have been any b - The facilities are well thought out , the free dvd loans, the pool the out door facilities for the children. The safe enviroment, the restaurant was very welcoming & very good with the children, we got there after reception was closed & were told to go straight to our bungalow where a warm atmosphere greeted us with local radio playing & side lights on. Lovely start to our break.

  The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The location was ideal- around 5mins walk to tenby itself. Room was immaculate, cosy and luxurious and the Jacuzzi bath was a welcome bonus. Stayed in luxury room and would love to spend a night in the deluxe room when we return - A very warm welcome. The lady there couldnt do more.
