  The location was excellent for the coast and Dartmoor. The hotel has a calm restful atmosphere and this is led by the owners. They are attentive, responding and remembering what has been talked about. A real personal touch. The food is top quality and freshly prepared.   Superb location with hotel tucked into the side of a green hill overlooking the sea - very peaceful and serene ! All rooms are located at ground level (brilliant if stairs are a problem) and our room was very comfortable and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and always on hand to help. Overall a fantastic stay and my wife and I will certainly be going back again. - Staff were very professional, friendly & attentive providing an excellent service. Food was very good but perhaps a little expensive. Lovely location with spectacular views. New leisure facilities at the hotel (gym, sauna etc) will be great when finished. The pool is fantastic.
