The location is superbe, with magnificent views from our room, the dining room, lounge and terrace. The staff were most attentive and helpful, and we enjoyed the food. Lynton is a great base to explore Exmoor,and the hotel is easy to find and beautifully placed to walk the towns of Lynton and Lynmouth. -

place but we were warned. However, it would have been good if we could

very clean. We could not hear the wedding which we had been assured of.
Also the rooms were not too hot as in other hotels we have stayed in -
The room we stayed in was a gold room, clearly refurbished to a high standard. Luxurious room with a view out over the gardens and down to the sea. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Ideally placed for a five minute walk down into the harbour where there is a range of bars and clubs. There is a slight hill walk down and back up to the hotel but we didnt find it that bad although it could be for the less agile. All in all a fantastic stay and we will definitely stay again.

I booked the short break for my Daughters 21st,the staff were amazing they hung Photos,banners and even delivered her flowers.....My Daughter made some great friends with the staff who she said treated her wonderfully,she is already looking forward to going back..... - My wife and I really enjoyed our weekend break,hotel was very clean,staff friend

There were excellent facilities at the hotel (swimming pool, games area etc) and plenty to keep our children occupied. The rooms were very clean and well serviced and the hotel is in a great location, near to Torquay town and beach, but in a quiet area. -

I liked the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym. My wife was also impressed with the spa treatments.

The reception was very welcoming and warm when we arrived. The food was good, we didn't have to wait long for it. The spa was wonderful and the fact that you could walk all around the complex without going outside, really appealed

Our favourite hotel on our trip.We booked a small room with en suite and it was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was brilliant, right on the harbour. Ideally situated right next to the harbour. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and huge portions. Nothing was too much trouble and even carried our bags up to our room when we said we could manage. Highly recommend paying the extra for a luxury room, the spa bath was fantastic size with plenty of hot water and room for two! Also the huge bed was straight out of fifty shades and really comfy.

Great location, beautiful views across the countryside, close to several beaches although a car is essential. Very friendly and helpful owners. Highly recommend for a peaceful time away from the rush of the city. -

The apartments are very well situated in a beautiful area of Plymouth. They have great views of the Marina and they are a lot a superb restaurants surrounding them where you can eat Breakfast, lunch and Dinner if you so desire. Alternatively, the apartments are well enough equipped to enable you to cook anything you desire.

The harbour. It was amazing how in the morning one can actually swim in the clean sea, where the spring meets the ocean, and in the evening one can actually walk along the seabed!! The chalet is clean and quite comfortable with a back garden where the children can play. The on site playing ground for the children was an added bonus as was the close walk to the harbour. The location between Ilfracombe and Combe Martin is also convenient, as is the nearby Watermouth Castle, right opposite the str
