We enjoyed our short break immensely. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff, and were always recognised when we came into the hotel by the staff on duty. The facilities were great-suited our needs perfectly. We will definitely return again. -

Pituresque and quaint accomodation with lovely new beer garden. Food looked wonderful although we didn't manage to eat there. The manager/owner seemed to take personal pride to ensure the satisfaction of his guests. Bed was very comfortable, we had the best nights sleep on our trip. -

we stayed in one of the lodges. very quiet, very comfortable and spacious 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Introduced my wife and young daughter to the driving range and now they are both hooked! Breakfast was excellent as was the clubhouse and swimming pool. Perfect location for Dartmouth, Salcombe and South Devon. -

The location was great. The staff very good and overall value for money- excellent. The restaurant offered a wide range of food, from every day favourites to something a bit special if you wanted to push the boat out. - There was nothing to dislike, the food, staff, service and facilities were all brilliant.

Everything! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was huge - more of a suite really - and was very comfortable. This was a really well run and looked after inn. The very friendly and helpful staff made the stay enjoyable. This is well worth considering as a base from which to visit the surrounding area or as a stop off on your journey. It is close to the Granite way cycle trail and would be a good staging point on the Devon Coast to Coast

The hotel was beautifully decorated and comfortable.The gardens were well maintained. Our room was lovely and clean and as requested we had a cot for our daughter which was clean and comfortable.The bathroom was fantastic, it was relaxing to have a bath evenings.The breakfast was delicious!
