Personnel serviable - Since 2003 I have travelled extensively and have therfore stayed in many hotels. The staff at the Best Western were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. The receptionist who checked me in on Sat morning was polite, helpful and very professional. It made my stay all the more enjoyable. Many thanks to you all. - sin

Great value for money (when booked through this site and on weekends). Modern decor and still very cozy and welcoming. Helpful, friendly staff. Fairly close to Nottingham City Center if you are driving, as this is primarily a business hotel it probably does not matter much unless you are using it as a base to explore Nottingham. -

le site, le parc - I like this hotel, it has character, nooks and crannies and its a nice place to be. The food was great and there was loads of it. I was surprised the restaurant wasn't busier than it actually was. How often do you see quality food and quality portions. The staff Were very friendly and helpful from start to finish, We went. Group of girls for a Night out in notts they didnt stigmatise us, in fact they Were more than willing to ensure We Were comfortable and has everything We needed to ha e a good time. Our room was very clean, spacous enough, lovely hot shower and plenty of mirrors!!! It was also appropriate got families. Couldnt have ask for anything more! :-)

Comfortable room and girl in reception - room was bigger than others I've seen and where I paid even more than for the one at Grantham Hotel. Our studio apartment was so lovely we wanted to move in! Large rooms are in a lovely Victorian house. Breakfast around a large table in the dining room which was great, all the guests were in conversation as we were served a lovely breakfast. Large garden, nice area of city.Andy and his son were so friendly and welcoming. Stay here!

Me and a friend booked this last minute to go to a concert in town. We actually ended up being upgraded so as you can imagine this made us very happy! The man who runs it all was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful apartment, right in town and close to both the train and bus station. Couldn't fault it. -
