Very friendly staff always at hand.
Very quiet peaceful nights sleep.

Comfortable room and girl in reception - room was bigger than others I've seen and where I paid even more than for the one at Grantham Hotel. To go into town I had to take the Bus, but the bus station wasn't far from the hotel, so after finding out how to do it, I had no further problems. We thought that the staff were very helpful and friendly. Even when we
phoned and asked for a late checkout they said it wasn't a problem
and after expecting a small fee there wasn't one which was great.
The room was adequate, clean and comfortable. The swans is a perfect,
reasonably priced hotel if anyone are looking at staying in Nottingham
and would like to be close by the city centre. We were very much pleased
and would definitely recommend it to others.

I needed somewhere to stay in Nottingham for one night and booked The
Beeches at the last minute. For £50 I had a very comfortable bed in a
room which was quiet, even though it was at the front of the hotel, a

The Staff were excellent, I spend most of my Business life in Hotels all over the World, I was looking for a good value Hotel near to the City Centre, the Beeches Hotel tick all the boxes.....the fact that all the Staff we brilliant, especially the guys in the Bar whilst the football was on, was an added bonus..... keep up the great service and relaxed atmosphere, it certainly make the difference to my stay!

Me and a friend booked this last minute to go to a concert in town. We actually ended up being upgraded so as you can imagine this made us very happy! The man who runs it all was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful apartment, right in town and close to both the train and bus station. Couldn't fault it. -
