Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was
immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more.
The best thing about this hotel was the Aircon as I always seem to
overheat in other hotels that offer it but it’s just a fan on the wall,
this place has an up-to-date Aircon unit which was perfect, the shower

The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk).
At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick.
They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep.
Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.

accueil sympa et professionnel - The rooms were large and of a high standard. The view of the canal and Mailbox complex was superb. The staff were outstanding - posting me on my cashmere scarf I had left in reception when I checked out! Lovely hotel...Well presented, Very clean, Facilities in room were fab (Flat screen TV, Hairdryer, Tea/Coffee making facility, Fresh clean towels, Laundry service and in Bathroom Large walk in shower with Free shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) Would recommend!! :) -

I loved the lighting and the set up of the rooms vey clean and
welcoming. I love the walk in shower and bathroom set up. The bed was
really comfortable and I slept like a baby. The breadkfast was really
enjoyable and staff was very welcoming and helpful. I was happy that the

Very comfortable and quiet, but everything seems tied down as if it is a
venue for stag and hen parties, so there is a shortage of essentials
like shower caps/etc and poor offerings of Teas and coffees in the
bedroom. No minibar. Lack of luxury in the bar area and at breakfast and
all drinks served were lukewarm. Suitable for business and a one night
stay but would have been disappointed if on holiday. Not as clean as it
could be, in this bracket the bathrooms and floors should be immaculate.
