  The owners are totally committed to providing a quality experience to their guests. It seems a range of languages are spoken and there were many Continental European guests though all are welcome. The location is excellent with very regular buses taking you to the city centre and sights. Good breakfast with self serving coffe/tea, juice, cereal and yogurt. I had scrable eggs on toast, but you can get a full Scottish breakfast. Staff very friendly. I'd like to stay longer to interact with them. Definitely I'll came again.

  Room was well thought out and warm, the bed was comfortable, the tv was on the table, so easy to watch and no neck strain, where the tv is wall mounted. Is not far from city centre and plenty of buses and shops. After staying one day you feel like you are at home more than a hotel. Location is 15-20 mins to the center and 5 mins by bus which is really good. I will - Room was very nicely and comfortably furnished, inpeccably clean that it made me feel at home immediately. There were nearby bus stops but I had preferred to walk (about 15 minutes to Waverley Station). A large supermarket (Tesco) is 5 minutes away and so are a number of restaurants. I went on a day tour that set off early in the morning and John (the owner) gladly served breakfast earlier than usual for me, so that was great hospitality.   Our hosts were very courteous and friendly. The room was immaculate and in a very good location. - Room had all the conveniences to make it feel comfortable, breakfast was plentifull and tasty.
