  We really appreciated the upgraded room to sea-view, the hotel was very clean and we loved the leisure facilities - lovely indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna! Excellent breakfast. We would definately stay again and the room price was very reasonable too.   Situation idéale, chambre côté estuaire à l'étage avec balcon trèsgrande, calme et hyperconfortable, propreté irréprochable. Repasd'excellente qualité, personnel très compétent et serviable. Hôtelmoderne de haut de gamme. Le bar est sympathique et partout dans l'hôtelon se sent à l'aise malgré son aspect intérieur luxueux. A déconseillercependant à... ce que les gens disent » ceux qui recherchent une atmosphère "cosy" - I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. I loved the cocktail bar upstairs and the baby grand piano!. - We enjoyed two lunches, the pool, the beautiful views from our room and the prompt response when we were stuck in the lift due to a malfuction just prior to checking out . This will not stop us staying there again in the future .We had a wonderful weekend .
